Our programs are priced to be affordable for all individuals needing treatment. We operate on a sliding-fee scale, meeting our clients with rates that they can reasonably afford based on their family size and income. Special financial assistance is available for individuals who qualify. Individuals interested in applying for our sliding-fee scale should bring two recent pay stubs to their initial appointment.
Life Recovery Center is an approved ATR treatment provider and accepts funds toward payment for treatment.
The Indiana ATR Program is funded by a federal grant which makes funds available for individuals who are
experiencing financial barriers to receiving the substance abuse treatment they so desperately need. For

A Brief Summary of How the ATR Program Works
Individuals who are interested in applying for ATR financial assistance to use for treatment at Life Recovery Center should call our office at 317.887.3290.
We will give you a list of phone numbers for ATR Recovery Consultantsfrom which you may choose. You may view the list here. The Recovery Consultants are individuals who are the "gatekeepers" for the funds available through the ATR program. They will meet with you and determine if you qualify for assistance.
If you qualify, they will send Life Recovery Center vouchers through a computer system which can be used to finance your treatment services. The vouchers cover thirty (30) days at a time.
Then, when you attend treatment at our facility, we will bill the vouchers--making your treatment either FREE or extremely cheap until the cap is met!
You will have to return to the Recovery Consultant once every thirty (30) days in order to get vouchers to cover your treatment services for the next month. You can receive vouchers until the cap is reached on the funds you can receive.
Though we do not bill insurance companies directly at this time, we will provide you with all of the necessary information to use for insurance reimbursement.
We have staff members that are in-network providers for the following insurance plans, meaning you can likely be reimbursed at the in-network rate:
United Behavioral Health
Even if your provider is not on this list, most insurance companies offer some level of reimbursement for our services. If you'll give us a call, we are more than happy to give you the necessary information to give your insurance provider to find out about your reimbursement options.
Many individuals find that our rates are just as cheap or cheaper than their insurance co-pay and opt not to use their insurance.
Specific questions regarding financial assistance and/or funding options should be directed to our Co-Executive Director, Dr. Eric Davis.
